The property is dated but clean and the bed is so comfy. 10 minute walk downhill to Hastings St, uphill took a bit longer.

Scam messages and bad customer service
Would avoid booking based on customer service alone. Received scam messages from the hotel, our payment information was compromised, and they refused to waive a cancellation fee during the cyclone on the east coast. Their booking systems clearly can’t be trusted and they won’t be willing to help you out if anything goes wrong, funny considering we were willing to overlook the scam messages and go forward with the booking!

Brilliant spot in Noosa!
We have stayed here for 4 nights and loved our stay. Despite being worried as we booked a deluxe room (the cheapest on the website) and reading poor reviews here, we’ve had such a nice stay.
The room is huge, very clean and modern and has everything you need for a short stay in Noosa. The kitchenette has an electric hob, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, small fridge and microwave and all the utensils so we’ve managed to make plenty of food for us during our stay. The only downside of our room location was the yoga studio attached has some very loud guests at 5:10 which woke us up as our room was only a few metres away (our room was 102). That didn’t happen every day though so not sure if someone said something!
The gym on site is small but has everything you need including modern cardio machines and a good selection of weights to do a nice workout which I was impressed with!
The location is great, you’re at the top of the hill but less than a 10 minute walk downhill to Noosa main beach and Hastings Street.
The pool is at the front of the resort, personally I wouldn’t bother (and really glad we didn’t) pay for a pool facing room as the road is just the other side of the pool so you’re facing that. We had a garden facing room which was perfectly quiet during the day and evening. It’s a large pool and the jacuzzi pool is lovely too. There’s also a nice big steam room and apparently a quieter pool at the Oasis rooms!
The downside of the main pool is that guests who don’t stay at the resort come in and use the pool so it can get quite loud and busy with big extended families coming and joining someone who is staying at the resort, but then again we’re in the middle of summer holiday season! The gate to the pool is easy to lean over and open from the opposite side meaning you don’t need to use a room card to enter.
Overall would definitely stay here again for future holidays to Noosa and have already recommended it to family!

Great property and the locals used the yoga studio, so I guess it must be good. Do as the locals do they say.

Noisy Coffee shop on premises
Noosa Blue Resort is well positioned on Noosa Hill,
Some reviewers have posted negatively on the rooms , management seem to be addressing these issues most have been refreshed with paint , repairs , new fresh linens and bedding ...the pool is a great size and cleaned every morning , the steam room is a bonus , on-site secure parking , the desk is only manned between 9am -5pm ...
The big Negitive turn off for me this visit was the very nosiy recently opened Coffee shop and Gym leased out privately...my first morning here I was woken up at 5.50am by people arriving for workout classes ,.then it started with the instructor yelling out at the top of her voice for 1 hour like an Army Sargent , after this the class wrap up in the coffee shop ..they are rowdy...its like being in the middle of one of those noisy restaurants where everyone is yelling at the top of their voices ...they are not hotel guests and have no absolutely consideration for guests trying to sleep , this goes on until 8.45am probably because the Hotel staff don't come on until 9.00am ..also the resort now have trolleys for people with luggage but because all the resort is tiled ..you get noisy heavy trolleys going back and forth down the corridors in the mornings as well.
IF you like peace and quiet..this is not the place to stay.
I did approach the desk and make them aware of this and they assured me they would have words ....the next few mornings have been a bit more toned down.
When you are on holidays most people want a good night's sleep in a calm , placing a nosiy coffee shop and public gym is a Resort where people come to relax is a bad idea.
Suggestions.. if booking .... try and book a room that is the the farthest point away from the Gym and coffee shop.
