Prime location with passionate people at the helm

What a wonderful experience. An incredibly beautiful location. Super friendly hostess. And the dinner is of an exceptionally high standard. Beautiful paintings on the plate and fantastic flavors.
The cook is a professional.
13.5 on Gault Millau is a joke.
This restaurant deserves at least 16 out of 20. An absolute must for gourmets.

A gag

New owners, a disaster... When you ask for the menu, they tell you it was at the entrance... to the castle, not the room... We give you the menu orally because we insist... but we don't remember well... Wine, even gag. The boss and chef who wants to make class has his beautiful apron, but when he turns around, he is in Bermuda:-) The dishes are relatively good but the portions... for a laugh, one of the dishes was the size of an appetizer. We never ask you if it was good, we left there really hungry...
In short, an address to avoid despite the beautiful setting.

Charming Chateau, beautiful setting and amazing food!

We are a family of five adults and stayed in the Carriage House. It was fabulous! A few short steps from the Chateau, we enjoyed the private patio, kitchen and extra room. Sally and her husband are the proprietors of the Chateau and take care of you through your entire stay. He is the culinary wizard and she, the details Queen! Breakfast was amazing, but if you are lucky enough to be there for the five course degustation menu, make sure you get a reservation! You will not be disappointed. The Chateau is a short drive from La Roche where you can go for shopping or dining. We were staying there around a tour of Bastogne and the Battle of the Bulge. Bastogne is about 30 minutes away. The charm of the Chateau is well worth visiting. I hope I have the opportunity to visit again.
Sally gave us a viewing of the regular rooms in the Chateau and they're lovely with beautiful decor, modern bathrooms and all the comforts one could ask for.

Outstanding

Chateau Beausaint is a truly fabulous place. Alain & Sally, the owners are warm and friendly hosts and Alain is a brilliant chef. The quality of the accommodation is tremendous with the chateau tastefully updated where necessary yet keeping its charm. It’s also in a very pleasant setting in a small village with walks in the countryside around.
Possibly the best place we’ve stayed, anywhere

Beautiful place

My first time at a Chateau and it was good :). Nice Hospitality with everything we need, and Wonderful food. Every room is comfortable and equipt with everything you need. Maybe i'm a little bit peaky, but the floor was a littlle bit squeaky and the soap was strange. It doesn't wash out easly.
Any way, it looks like a cool place to stay in the Ardense.
