A wonderful experience
My husband was there on business (for about two weeks) and I came along for leisure. We were met upon arrival by Owen who took very good care of us.
The unit was clean and lovely with enough kitchen equipment to be able to cook just like at home.
This home is a quick walk into town (downhill). I usually returned home by cab...with groceries. A bus stop is also nearby.
I would highly recommend Cavendish Heights Suites.

Home away from home
First time staying at Cavendish Heights in Bermuda, the owners were so nice, suite was just like home, anything we needed they were there to help us. Right on bus route into Hamilton. Close to shops and ect. We will be staying there again also, we have adopted a new mom and dad ,as well as bonded a new friendship with the owners.

Great Accommodations close to Hamilton
We stayed in South Hampton our last trip but chose to stay outside Hamilton this time.
Owen and Charlene are wonderful hosts and help with anything needed.
We stayed eleven nights and we were about twenty minutes from Front Street with all the main restaurants, shops, grocery store and Festival Nights on Wednesday. We rented a moped like we did last time or you can rent a car or get a taxi to get around.
I definitely would recommend staying here without hesitation.
Owen and Charlene are wonderful hosts and help with anything needed.

First off, I must compliment and give due credit to Owen and Charlene the owners. We were booked to stay four nights but ended up booking another night due to a glancing blow from a hurricane. We lost power for 27 hours, as did almost all of Bermuda. No big deal as we are used to losing power for days during winter storms. For us, it was all part of our Bermudian adventure. Both Owen and Charlene were very fun, enjoyable to be around, and accommodating during our entire stay making our experience such a wonderful time. I walked all around the neighborhood every morning and enjoyed having conversations with all the friendly neighbors. The suite we stayed in was beautiful... clean, large, tastefully kept. All the other reviews sum up locations to transportation, dining, etc… read them for more information. If you want a resort experience, go to a resort. If you are looking for the real Bermuda, stay at the Cavendish Heights!! You can thank Owen and Charlene for that!! We will be going back there!!

Great location, great price, excellent accommodations.
Although I just checked in today, my experience has been so positive I felt motivated to share my initial thoughts. If anything goes south during my visit (three days) I will update :-). Good hosts deserve praise, and these owners are really excellent.
I travel to Bermuda fairly regularly (maybe once/twice a year) and decided to try Cavendish Heights. The location was better based on the work meetings I have and the price was much more reasonable than the hotels where I usually stay.
(as an aside, Bermuda is an expensive country and has been as long as I have been visiting ~20 years, but the hotel prices are even more exorbitant than ever).
I used Booking.com for the reservation, and it worked easily and efficiently (I am always a little apprehensive, but this was fine).
The location is great - just a 10-minute walk to a grocery store and the restaurants on Front street.
The welcome I received at check-in was warm and professional - friendly Bermudian hospitality! The owner showed me around and made sure I knew how everything worked. They also connect with you via WhatsApp so that you can reach out at any time with questions (and they answer right away). They really go the extra mile to make sure you have all the info you need, and even showed me some little extra acts of kindness that you would never receive at a hotel (like a bus pass that a previous guest had left and still had another week left on it, so they passed it along to me in case I could use it).
The room itself (deluxe queen room, I think) is unbelievable. First - it's huge with a living and dining area, bedroom, walk-in closet, and a full kitchen (only an oven is missing, but the microwave and lovely cooktop are sufficient) with some of the basic food amenities (tea, coffee, cooking oil, spices, etc.) FULL of all the things you would need and more to prepare a meal (toaster, kettle, cheese grater, rolling pin, etc etc). I won't be using most of these things, but they are there if you need them!
The bathroom has a stand-up shower and they provide shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, lotion, hand soap. They seem to be high-quality (a nice detail).
There are two TVs that have streaming services included, AC in the living area and bedroom, and everything is easy to work with the remotes provided. The WIFI is excellent - I just completed a Zoom meeting with no issues.
Finally, and one of the most important points, is how CLEAN the accommodations are.
I really feel comfortable, safe, and well looked after here. Just based on my first few hours, this will be my new regular place to stay. My compliments to the owners who have really thought of everything (there are umbrellas and even a beach bag with towels if you want a little excursion). There is a basket of literature about Bermuda and available activities. It is modern, clean, and everything is in good working condition.
I haven't found a single thing to complain about, and I travel over 100 nights per year for business and pleasure. Although I am generally pretty easy to please (I want clean and safe), I have my particular preferences, and Covendish Heights has met and exceeded all of my expectations! I understand why their ratings are high. THANK YOU!
