Good location but with some things to improve
excellent location; very pleasant reception and polite staff both at night and in the morning
Excellent view from the 16th floor and for those who are a spotter passionate about aviation, it makes for good photos as it is close to Congonhas airport
Price much lower on hotel.com than on the hotel website but without breakfast
Negative points: The somewhat old air conditioning in room 103, where we stayed, was not good enough and it got a little hot at night.
Bathroom sink was half clogged and it took a while for the water to come out
Shower didn't get very hot, TV in the living room didn't have a channel signal, just the other one in front of the bed
One of the two lamps in the living room lamp is damaged
And on the last day the toilet got clogged and we had to use the one in the bathroom on the 16th floor and a package of sliced bread disappeared after the last cleaning and we had to go to the bakery early
Finally, this intermediary company Anora sent me a message saying that the housekeeping staff couldn't find the TV control. Good thing I recorded everything before leaving. Never again through this intermediary.

Family trip
The rooms are spacious and clean, but need to improve the quality of the bath towels (very thin and sealed) and also of the pillows (soft and uncomfortable).

Super noisy hotel ever first.
Airport is very near to the hotel and they run it from 6 - 22:00.
Window has no sound proof and lots of noisy traffic in the street.
No vacuum cleaning during my stay.
Shower head is super dirty(pinkish water dirt)
Poor counter (asked 4 times for fixing TV issue)
