We made a holiday trip to Ottawa and spent 8 nights at the Best Western Plus with breakfast buffet.

Only concern was the elevator was out of order one morning and required us to walk down and back up 8 stories for breakfast.
Despite this random issue, we will continue to use this each family day weekend.

The only issue was that the housekeeping staff kept forgetting to leave me coffee for my morning coffee. Not a big deal, they always had some at the front desk.
