A health Hazard
The room was not clean. Towels had dried blood and bugs in them. Bathroom had old moldy cigarette butts under the heater. stairs were crumbling away and a huge tripping hazard.
Tried to talk to management about the issues and they said, "We clean the rooms. They are clean" I tried to point out that they weren't and they then accused my brother of bloodying the towels and the cigarette butt and the bugs. He had a concussion, no open wounds of any kind. Nor did he use the towels. The shower curtains, lightswitch and over everything was dirty with either bloody or questionable grim. I don't think they actually understand what cleaning is.
Requested to see their health inspection (which you can ask for) and they said I had to email the request. I did. Waited a month with no reply.
I do not recommend staying here. It's actually a health hazard and safety hazard.
also he checked in at 8:34 and was out by 3:00pm the same day and they still wanted to charge us 110 with the terrible accommedations. They "Graciously" only charged us $91.64 for any inconvenience.
Also if you are going to speak a Hindi related language to badmouth the customer to you friend on the phone, make sure they don't speak Hindi first. I may be white but my husband aint lol.

Our team works hard to ensure that every room is properly cleaned and prepared before each check-in. However, we understand that this was not your experience, and for that, we sincerely apologize.
Regarding the towels and cleanliness, it is important to clarify that the room was thoroughly cleaned before your brother's arrival. The blood you mentioned likely came from your brother’s condition when he arrived, as he was just released from the hospital. We do not place stained or dirty linens in our rooms, and we assure you that our rooms are non-smoking. The cigarette butts you found are an unfortunate incident that we will investigate further.
As for the charges, it is our policy to charge the full amount for room reservations regardless of the duration of stay, as the room is reserved for the entire day. We did waive the early check-in fee as a gesture of goodwill, considering the circumstances.
We would also like to apologize for any misunderstanding or offense caused by our staff. It was not our intention to make you feel uncomfortable in any way.

I went to the other hotel to find they had no idea who I was. They found a room and as I was paying the security deposit I asked if the room matched the room I had paid for, they said no it has one less bed. I was traveling with 2 friends and had booked accordingly based on having 3 beds.
I was then told to call the first hotel to complain. When calling I was told sorry we can give you a refund… I had just driven from Vancouver and by this time it was 10.30pm. I said that’s not what I want to happen and asked to speak to a manager. The manager then told me she can open the room with the master key but we can’t come and go…. It’s 10.30pm …. Why was I not given this option in the first place instead of wasting an hour of my time.
Very poor service. A refund to compensate would be appreciated.
