Great Hotel, Fantastic Location and amazing staff
My Wife, Daughter and I came to this hotel for New Year and we have no regrets. Thehotel is very charming and is nestled on the cliff side overlooking the lake.
Our room was incredible and very cosy styled in the theme of the Santorini hotels in Greece. Furnishings were very modern with an immense jacuzzi/bath style in one of the rooms. Beds were very comfortable and the entire hotel was extremely clean.
The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel serves the most delicious breakfasts, fresh chicken broth, followed by a hotpot style noodle dish with fresh seafood, mushrooms, vegetables and meat which is then followed by delicious little rose flavoured pastries and fresh fruit. I can easily say that it's one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever tasted.
All of this makes me highly recommend the hotel, however, the main aspect for me was how courteous, professional and friendly every single member of the hotel staff were. I am a foreigner and my Chinese is very limited, but they were so incredibly kind and efficient.
The location makes it easy to travel to Dali centre (15-20 minutes) and also to other locations around the lake such as small ancient villages. There are a number of great restaurants within walking distance along the lakeside and a small town centre about 5 minutes drive away.
I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough! Thanks to the whole team for making our New Year trip a very special one.

The hotel was just as the pictures, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. We are vegetarians, they went the extra mile to prepare us a hi-tea as well as meals according to our taste at the restaurant. The food was yum and they gave a good discount too at the restaurant. They also had a personal staff member with us all the time, Cassie she was lovely; very helpful, could speak English and showed us around. Overall it was totally worth it.

I saw a friend who stayed in this hotel before and immediately planted grass. At the end of the year, I finally had time to go out of Beijing and bought a ticket immediately. I came to Dali and finally pulled out the grass in this hotel. The hotel environment is so beautiful and the service is super good. You can tell the housekeeper what you need. The hotel’s breakfast is true and high-end. It is the most luxurious and delicious rice noodle I have ever eaten. The photo experience given by the hotel is very professional. The photos taken for me are very beautiful and quite satisfactory.

The hotel has an invincible sea view, the design looks like Greece, and it looks good no matter how you take pictures. The afternoon tea provided by the hotel is exquisite. When the sunset is accompanied by the sunset, it is a good-looking movie to take a few photos. The breakfast is also a special and rich cross-bridge rice noodle, which is very distinctive. Japanese lunch is also very good. My butler Kevin is super super nice, first-class service, on call, a very polite and sincere child, worthy of praise. May all the good things look forward to seeing you next time in Dali.

The No. 1 online celebrity hotel is really good. The rice noodles for breakfast are very good. During the Spring Festival, the hotel manager also gave a big meal. The service is in place and the photo effect is very good. It is worth experiencing
