Please reconfirm the address and hostel name at the front desk upon arrival. In cases of no-show, guests will be charged under the hostel's policy. Please note that all the receipts of payment will be issued under Hotel Skycity until further notice. Please note that Hi-Inn will take a prepayment authorisation with the name Skycity Hostel shown on the credit card authorization slip until further notice. Upon arrival at Chungking Mansion, guests are strongly suggested to head directly to the reception desk at Flat B7, 14/F, Block B and ignore the salespeople around the hotel. Please reconfirm the address and hotel name at the front desk upon arrival. In cases of no-show, guests will be charged as per the hotel's policy.

According to the guidelines of Hong Kong's "Product Environmental Responsibility (Amendment) Bill 2023", starting from 2024/4/22, Hong Kong hotels will no longer provide free plastic bottles of water, toothbrushes, combs and other disposable plastic products to guests. If you have any questions, Please check the hotel's official website or consult the hotel in advance. According to the latest regulations of the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, starting from January 1, 2025, it is anticipated that a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax will be implemented.
