You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a valid government-issued ID card or passport upon check-in. Please note that additional 10% tax will be charged if you need invoice from the hotel. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer may be required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
