In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property currently isn't accepting guests from certain countries, during dates where such guidelines exist. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of COP 200000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that children under 12 staying free of charge are not eligible for a free breakfast. All minors under 18 years of age need to present a valid ID, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. Please note that the swimming pool is closed on Mondays, and in case of festivities, the swimming pool will not be open on Tuesdays.

For stays on or after January 1, 2023, residents of Colombia and non-residents staying 60 consecutive days or more will be charged a 19% national sales tax by the property at the time of stay. Travelers on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax may be charged where a room is shared by a taxable and a non-taxable guest.
