I loved that it was in a quiet area ,surrounded by nature. Staff were very friendly and offered good service.

The hotel is everything we hoped for. The service is excellent, stuff speaks English. Always something to pick from the breakfast buffet. The neighborhood is picturesque, safe and quite. The soundproofing however doesn’t exist- you hear everything that’s going on in the hall and next doors.

The bathrooms are too close to beds with no door to sink area and hard to have any privacy. Not a perfect setup in a room with two beds (not just a couple)

Great property which was very clean and had wonderful staff. Cristian at the front desk was so helpful with everything we needed. His customer service was stand out and was very knowledgeable and polite! We can’t thank him enough for his wonderful hospitality.
We flew from Sydney Australia and it took 42 hours to get to Medellin and the room was ready before check in which we really appreciated !
I would definitely stay there again! The only negative is that it’s a slight walk from El poblano so if you are a woman walking alone at night, it might be too far but being away from the restaurants and bars means it is quiet.
