Excellent Hotel

The location is in a residential area, the attention of the employees is good and willing to answer your concerns, the bedrooms are very clean and spacious as well as the bathroom, the mall is 15 minutes walk, there is supermarket nearby, pharmacies, bakeries where you can have breakfast and the area is quite safe. The only thing I did not like was the restaurant food inside the hotel and also the very high price. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Several of my family and friends were staying in other rooms at the hotel and were robbed of their money. They had put the money in a safe, but it was stollen and Management said they will see what they could do but did nothing to return the money. If you don’t want money to be stollen, do not leave it on the room.

Terra a hotel with identity

Excellent hotel, very welcoming, the service was exceptional, highly recommended for any type of trip. They have a restaurant called Al Alma with a very good meal. The place of the hotel is very central is a few minutes from all the sights of the city. Recommended.

We booked 8 rooms for 4 nights. Some of the group couldn’t make the trip, so we wanted to change the dates. They wouldn’t change the dates or give a credit.
We didn’t ask for a refund, just a credit.
I’m sure the hotel is very nice if you get to stay there but we’ll never know.
