Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of Law 679 of 2001, the Hotel Zuana Beach Resort warns tourists that the exploitation and sexual abuse of minors in the country is punishable under criminal and administrative law. For this reason, children and adolescents must be accompanied by their parents and present an identity document. In case of traveling with another adult, relative or not relative, they must also present an authorization signed by both parents notarized. Please Note: A TP-11 tourist visa or 5/PTP-5 permit must be presented upon arrival. The Hotel Insurance has a cost in 2023 of COP 8,500 per person per night, which is optional. Please keep in mind that an 8% consumer tax will be applied to beverages and meals for all guests.

For stays on or after January 1, 2023, residents of Colombia and non-residents staying 60 consecutive days or more will be charged a 19% national sales tax by the property at the time of stay. Travelers on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax may be charged where a room is shared by a taxable and a non-taxable guest.
