What an amazing expérience!
Incredible visits start to finish! Made us feel like movie stars! We were star class and well worth the little extra expensive! We were worried about the darker sand but it sparkled like stars in the night! Extremely clean, great service, and the most comfortable bed and pillows! We are so grateful we chose PH! We can’t wait to come back!

Spring Break 2025
The resort staff was friendly and attentive. The resort was clean and easy to maneuver. I highly recommend Star class. Our personal assistant, Justin, proactively arranged dinners, room set up, and was a wealth of knowledge. The Star class comes with additional benefits but this was the best part.

Phenomenal Service !!
Freddy and Wendy were very welcoming and energetic when serving us. Both were also friendly and provided us with everything that was needed to make our dinner an enjoyful and tasteful one. My family and I enjoyed our experience at the So Cal Buffet.

Customer Service is SUPERB!
Love this hotel so far and we just got here! The service has been GREAT. I love going to places where the waiters are sweet and genuine. Food was fresh in the buffet and the chicken was seasoned to perfection! Gilberto in SO CAL was PERFECTO!! ❤️❤️

BEST WEDDING EVER!!
My wife and I planned our wedding and honeymoon at Planet Hollywood in Costa Rica and it was everything we hoped it would be and more! The on-site team of Val, Adrian, Yennifer, Oliver, Karina, etc. were WONDERFUL! They executed our wishes to perfection and we can't speak highly enough of their professionalism, attention to detail, and care they showed for our special day. No task was too difficult or to much too ask. The resort staff as a whole was phenomenal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, our family/friends had the time of their lives, and everyone wants to return. Our personal assistant Henry was THE BEST! The resort is beautifully kept, there are golf carts taking you all around as needed, the food is good, the pool is HUGE, the staff is attentive and friendly. The SPA is top notch, excursion planning is easy, and everyone here will go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. As STAR class guests, we were treated like celebrities. We can't recommend this place enough. 10/10
