Grows on you

2nd time zadar, v expensive got a apartment sweet dreams not cheap, quite basic but great location, great bed great shower, I would definitely go back to this apartment, new washing machine put in on day of leaving, bed wow,
Honestly first impression thought not for us, 2nd impression thought definitely us and next time as well,

A perfect location in the heart of the old town to explore Zadar.

I stayed here for 5 nights in 1 bed apartment and really enjoyed my stay. The flat was clean, had a small kitchen, air con, a tv and a decent sized bathroom.
It's located very close to the middle of the old town, just behind a bar/restaurant called Hedonist.
I was met by the son of the owners who showed me around and have me the keys to the apartment.
It's fairly quiet at night time, and not far from any of the attractions and sites of Zadar.
The airport bus stop is less that 5 mins away, so that also helps!
Really glad I got stay here as my base and loved exploring Zadar!

Perfect Location

In the heart of 'old town' Zadar. A bit hidden away so make sure you have defined directions. Once there though you are in the heart of restaurants, shops and a short stroll to the beaches and a 10 minute walk to the Sea Organ....which is a must see.....
1 minute walk to a brilliant restaurant and several excellent bars and restaurants nearby.
Churches, points of interest all readily available. Zadar is awesome. Enjoy

Great location, friendly staff

Location is perfect. Car parking very close by. All spots very close by.
Very well located. Easy to reach the main spots in just few minutes.
Eating places, bars and coffee areas in walking distance.
Owner was friendly and explained to us in detail.

El sitio mas cutre donde he estado

Tengo que decir que centrico si es pero es cutre a dolor. Segun llegas, esta como metido en un patio que ya no da buena pinta, Cuando te abre la puerta el dueño es como un pequeño hall donde hay tres puertas pues cuando abrio la puerta yo me imaginaba el apartamento que te pone en la foto aunque viendo la pinta de lo de fuera parecia dificil que fuese el de la foto pero aun asi tuve la esperanza. Cuando abrio y vi el apartamento me dio un bajon...una cama alli tirada casi en el suelo, de cabecero era una puerta de cristal que daba al patio y tenia una cortina veneciana que estaba rota . La cocina que constaba con un fregadero y una cocina electrica y un mueble donde meter los utensilios de comida, estaba pegada a la cama y una mesa camilla y dos sillas ademas de un armario cutre todo eso metido en una habitacion de unos 11 m2 como mucho. El baño era chiquitin de 2 m cuadrados . Por supuesto no habia ventana a la calle solo una elevada con la que se podia respirar alli dentro pq de verdad daba angustia. Pensamos irnos y no pagarle pero eran las 8 de la noche y no teniamos tiempo de buscar otro sitio . Hemos dormido en hostels muchisimos mejor que en este apartamento. No recomiendo para nada este sitio es un engaño la foto que te ponen, la foto esa debe ser la casa de alguien pero el apartamento que se reserva en Zadar no.
