Cost-performance ratio ok

Hotel of the 3-star Ibis Rosso chain. Correct price for what is offered considering being in a village 30 km from Paris. It reflects the canons of all Ibis hotels (clean but small rooms) breakfast in the norm. Wi-Fi ok

Bad experience!

After my booking (in November 2023) , on my arrival in July 2024 the staff is NOT prepared to give me a room suitable for a person with a pram. Despite I warned , precisely by email, 8 months before. At my complaint I was offered a room next door, but this 'doES NOT solve the problem of entering with a wheelchair since' the room offered does NOT allow you to move with a wheelchair! Unable to find a hotel elsewhere, because of the Olympic Games! ... we had to adapt despite ourselves and frustration . Regardless of this we also had an unpleasant and rude reaction of the night porter who had "forgotten" us in the parking lot (at 24h30 and with rain!), despite the fact that the same has opened the parking lot to enter but not more 'to exit! I had to phone the hotel on my cell phone to get them to open me up. Apart from this disappointment of this particular hotel, I confirm that there is very little sensitivity about people who travel in wheelchairs and who must always or almost always witness clumsy emergency solutions! More respect and dignity for people who are NOT invisible but human beings!

Not worth your money.

Small room. Atmosphereless. Very noisy, no refrigerator and very poor breakfast.
No form of relaxation at all in this hotel. It looks like a hostel, but you pay for a hotel.
Where is the remote control and extra towel?
Definitely not recommended.

Alright !

Hotel located very close to the port of Cergy village, 5 minutes on foot and 15 minutes from the RER Cergy university.
Perfect and quick welcome. Very clean and well appointed room. Perfect bedding. Pleasant bathroom with shower gel. Decent buffet breakfast. Car park.
