Perfect stay
Pension very well maintained
Room well arranged quality bed
The balcony is a plus

Access to the city center on foot also via the coastal path

Hotel referenced Logis de France. This label implies a minimum of quality
This is not the case
Admittedly we reside in an adjacent building The Hostel which is run by the Inn
But although the property owner on the phone told me that the room was of the same level as the other rooms ours was not clean: mold in the shower, outdated equipment, windows and dirty surrounds. All for 99€ per night.
It was the week of August 15th that allows to abuse customers?
The property owner to whom I politely pointed out these observations replied that it was operating at a loss and that she was therefore doing what she could but that in addition this building is not referenced.
Dinner was just as poor.
She finally offered to take her place...
In short, this Pension does not deserve its label and must be restored or closed.

Vous étiez effectivement logée à l'Auberge qui n'est ni Logis Hôtels ni étoilée. Je loue ces chambres par le biais de airbnb sur lequel j'ai d'excellentes notes et ne comprends donc pas vos commentaires. Vous m'attribuez des propos que je n'ai pas tenu. Je suis désolée que vous n'ayez pas apprécié votre séjour. Cordialement

Stay in June
So I'll explain what happened to us...I book at the base on Booking with cancellation insurance I find that I was wrong about the dates...so I cancel and call the Pension directly to explain...
Surely the Pension Manager is doing her best to find us a room that's fine.
On the return I contact the Booking customer service because refund of the insurance made in 2days but not the Award of stay 441€anyway....
The customer service tells me it's the Inn that has to refund you, the Inn it's Booking anyway they see the ball
I ask the manager if suddenly she can accommodate us 2nights given that once the Booking commission deducted she pockets ttt the same 367€ so earned easy money...
In short mid September still no refund or agreement because she offers us 30% on the next stay knowing that we went in June and that she had already pocketed the money when we arrived in June...
So looking very nice and helpful but not honest due to everything....
I inquired at the bank to operate the card insurance they can do nothing because it is not up to Booking to refund us but to the Inn..
So we have more hope of being reimbursed or even that we want to stay 2 nights... in short thieves

Bonjour Madame, je suis étonnée de votre commentaire car nous avons longuement échangé au téléphone sur votre cas. Vous réservez une chambre chez nous via booking pour un séjour non annulable, non modifiable, non remboursable. Vous contractez une assurance annulation auprès de booking (et non auprès de l'hôtel). C'est donc bien à booking de vous rembourser. Les conditions de réservation étaient claires concernant l'hôtel : SEJOUR NON REMBOURSABLE. Le litige est bien entre vous et booking auprès duquel vous avez contracté une assurance annulation. En aucun cas, entre vous et l'hôtel, les conditions générales de vente étant respectées. Je vous fait une offre de -30% sur un prochain séjour, je ne suis en aucun cas obligée à ce geste commercial. Je suis désolée pour le préjudice financier que cela vous occasionne, mais j'accepte difficilement de me faire traiter de voleuse car j'ai respecté les règles. On ne peut pas en dire autant de booking que ne semble pas respecter ses engagements quant à l'assurance annulation. Cordialement.

PERFECT
Family hotel where everything is done for the comfort and well-being of guests
- Very welcoming family open to all
- Room with everything needed for a good night's sleep
- Hearty breakfast (nothing is missing to have a good day)
- Outdoor swimming pool with very little walking but refreshing after a day of visiting the region
- And the best for last: DINNER
Varied - beautiful presentation - fresh produce - fresh vegetables and fruit
We had a great time for two weeks

Very pleasant stay, to do again
Well located property near the beach with convenient free parking.
Welcoming and professional staff. Excellent half board catering.
clean room with good bedding, small balcony and soundproofing on the street side. Functional bathroom. Little plus the swimming pool. Highly recommend.
