hotel a vizille
room 23 is close to the elevator and with noisy tourists it is awkward, room to relook but comfortable with air conditioning, toilet and separate bathroom , swimming pool to clean as well as spider webs in the bathroom. Decent breakfast and pleasant staff.

Competent and smiling and welcoming staff is so rare these days. Warm welcome and very good cuisine in a friendly setting.

Vacation Inn landmark
It was a total surprise and I was not disappointed!!!
The setting is really beautiful. We are surrounded by mountains as far as the eye can see and by a pool.
Idyllic setting!!!
The Inn is very beautiful and well maintained...the room is very beautiful!
Reception at the top and personal care!!! Again thank you to the waiters and waiters for their kindness and smile.
Thanks also to the restaurant brigade.

Unreasonable at best!!
Do not book without checking the dates the restaraunt is open, we booked a sunday 1 night stop, on a road trip becuase the Hotel had a restaraunt which was perfect after a long drive. Only to find out after we had booked and paid that the restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday. When I asked for a refund on the basis that this warning was not explicit when booking, they refused and in my humble opinion have behaved like very unreasonable people.
They refused to speak with me, and have ghosted all attempts to get a refund so I am regretfully having to warn others about it. They seem very desperate and happy to quibble over £65.00, I wonder how many others have fallen into this trap?
