Nice but ....eye!!!!

Criticism must be constructive. There are strengths and weaknesses.
I'm with a schoolgirl. Rooms are spacious, practical, tidy and modern. The common areas (bar, brewery, lobby) are appropriate for groups. 2 spacious but rather slow elevators (...there are 16 floors)
Breakfasts are good, various types of food, all within the norm.
I found a lot of rigidity in the check in process, but I guess it's a hotel policy. So dear teachers arm yourselves with PATIENCE because before you receive the keys you will have to complete a series of bureaucratic delays.
Before receiving the keys, at the reception they will want to count in front of you the deposits and the bus drivers will ask to pay IMMEDIATELY the parking bus fee of their parking area and the city tax.
And meanwhile you have 100 people... waiting...

Disappointing service

We were here with a school class. One of our pupils, who has coeliaki, got served a meal with gluten at the hotel. We were assured the meal was gluten free, but this was not the case. Our pupil got really sick, and missed a day of the school trip. The chef admitted the mistake and appologized the situation.
The biggest disappointment was the management who were not helpful providing our pupil a new room after she got sick, even if the hotel kitchen was directly responsible for this situation. There were rooms available.

A basic hotel which did not have any bottled water in the room, or a mini fridge. It was clean though and good for a couple of days.

Unfortunately the room assigned had stains on many surfaces such as the curtains, side tables, and walls. The curtains had at least ten holes in them, and the shower had black-coloured mold. When housekeeping came in to clean the room they did not change the sheets on the beds or the cases on the pillows during any of the requested occasions. The bathroom also had no lock and the room had no mini fridge. The size of the room was quite generous though.
