Absolutely to avoid

This Hotel is just a joke , room smelling cigarette , noise from a/c all night long , no cleaning in the room because not asked and not possible to do at 7 pm….
Basically you need to know the timetable of the housekeeping
More than 300 euros per night for an average hotel with an average 3* star breakfast . Please avoid , Berlín is plenty of better choices

Horror

Absolute horror... the hotel room was very dirty, toilet, mirror, bathtub were dirty and the sheets had stains. In retrospect, the room was made more expensive, which I had not noticed when paying. On request there was no feedback on the price difference between booking and invoice.

Could be nice place, but.....

On arrival: Neither hand towels nor bath towels let alone a shower rug. Empty Kleenexbox. It was refilled on request and there were also two scruffy gloomy bath towels.
Room cleaning only by prior notice. That's okay, it doesn't have to be daily. But if you announce the cleaning after two days, changing the towels, which you also need as a shower rug, filling up the coffee capsules, replacing the minimini soap would be trendy and not too much to ask. The request for two fresh towels was also forgotten. I wonder if it's the leadership. Professionalism is lacking, at least seems so
Conclusion: Could be a nice hotel, but just.... .

Rocked

The architecture and style of the hotel are really great. However, the furnishings are old and worn. The curtains are full of holes, the walls and ceilings are visibly repainted, the covers are stained, the furniture is broken, the shower head leaks and the water works its way through the ceiling, the ventilation in the bathroom doesn't work, it smells of drains, the chrome plating on the bathroom fittings is partly worn away, the sink is yellowish and has no plug. Even the rolls for the toilet paper holder are no longer there. Invest in something!
