Had a fantastic stay at this lovely and quite new hotel.
Staff were excellent, friendly and nothing too much bother.
Really well situated, a very short walk to the beach and just minutes drive from the centre.
Breakfast was really good and would definitely recommend and stay again!

Perfect! What makes this hotel amazing are the staff! Everyone of them cannot do enough to make your stay special. Couple that with the actual property = perfection!

A wonderfully relaxing holiday
We booked a week independently at this beautiful hotel as we struggled to book through a holiday company. It was certainly worth the effort!
From the wonderful greeting upon arrival to the assistance into the taxi on the way home- we experienced a truly relaxing stay at this hotel.
The staff are all wonderfully polite, friendly and helpful.
The hotel is maintained very well with pool/ beach towels provided as needed. There are about 24 comfortable sun beds around the pool & no-one ‘claimed’ them, any bed left unattended for a length of time was cleared for the next guest. Hurray- well done.
The hotel has a lift to all floors and also has stair-lifts into the breakfast/ restaurant area and up to the reception area.
The hotel is in a quiet vicinity, with no noisy bars / pubs nearby. We found enough places to eat nearby including a very nice lunch in the Milios restaurant (the hotel restaurant). Chania is easy enough to get to for lots of choice & shopping.
There is a park over the road, and lots of locals use this and nearby sports clubs so there is a pleasant mix of people enjoying this lovely suburb.
Beaches are 5-15 mins away, a choice of 4, all lovely - clear water, mainly sandy, quiet beach bars on all, sun beds, areas to lay on the sand & one cove had an electronic sea-trac to enable those with reduced mobility to get in/out of the sea.
We stayed in the room above reception- a pool view. One thing to note is that some rooms are lower ground, however all have an area to sit outside and there are some lovely private spaces to sit both in & out of the sun around the hotel.
We wouldn’t hesitate to return to the Inea Sole and Crete.

Our stay at Inea Sole was absolutely amazing! The hotel itself is quite new and you can see the level of detail that’s gone in to the decor and the services they provide. From the staff to the facilities, everyone and everything was just perfect. We had a welcome drink upon arrival, and an amazing upgrade to our room at no extra cost to what was basically a flat/suite.
We had the opportunity to also arrange a massage via the hotel with a really lovely masseuse who came to our room which was convenient, all arranged via the hotel.
The staff were also extremely helpful with recommendations to bars/restaurants, and were always friendly no matter what, even remembering our breakfast orders.
The hotel is located in a really good place, there’s a few really lovely beaches and sunset viewpoints within 5-15 min walk away. The hotel has a bus stop 3 min walk away which takes you directly into Chania town (bus 21) so very conveniently placed if you don’t have a car.
The only slight downside was the farmers taverna opposite can sometimes get a bit loud on a Friday/Saturday night but aside from that minor inconvenience, everything was absolutely perfect.
I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to annyone visiting Chania and would come again when we next visit!
