A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. When booking for more than 8 persons, different policies may apply. Credit cardholder must match guest name or provide authorization. Due to government regulations Guests need to provide a copy of ID or passport before checking-in to the property. Reservations for over 7 days include an additional free cleaning. AC is working only in summer time. Heating working only in winter time.
