Pleasant

Rutuja and Prem and Nithin were amazing whilst serving my husband and I , their customer service was excellent, polite and courteous. The masala tea was the best , toast and jam was good. The dining room staff was very good with great service,

Convenient location

Mr Saqlian and Mr Ravi were exceptionally well at providing the housekeeping services for us. I've been visiting this place for some time now. The hotel is also very located and I would highly recommend visitors to Mumbai to keep coming. Thanks.

Came here for business trip. I rested well and was very happy with the service and everything the hotel had to offer.

The staff was very sweet and polite. The staff in the buffet sukanya was very sweet and kind.
I really love the smell of the hotel and the designs . The reception could be a little more promt in attending any issues considering we r tired from travelling but in all very good service.

Ginger Mumbai

Hotel is quite neatly maintained, rooms are awesome. It is close to heart of the city still cost wise very competitive. The hospitality by hotel staff is epitome of service, especially Sukanya from the restaurant is quite good in customer satisfaction and hospitality.
