Nice stay

Hotel is best stay for family. Staff is helpful. Private parking. Temple is within 5min walking distance. Bus stand is near with 2min walking distance.
Luxurious stay for family and friends.

Poor service and dirty room

Rooms were not cleaned,
Toilets were not cleaned
Blankets with holes,
Pillow covers were dirty
No hot water in bathroom
Water jugs were dirty
Manager is not giving proper response after so many complaints
We asked for new pillow and blanket they gave on next day morning

Bad service

Please don't even plan staying at this one. Their service is very bad. They don't even have a dish connection. No cupboard in ac room. Flush does not work properly. Really frustrating. Bad stay till date.

Unclean rooms

rooms were dirty.. Western toilet had no flush.. Only good thing is they allowed us to check in one hour earlier and staff were hospitalable. No in-house Restaurant. Lift is available so convenient for old people

Budget Hotel Near Bus Stand

The location of the Hotel is very idle and near to Bus Stand. Sai Baba Mandir is also at walkable distance. We didn't have food in hotel, as such not sure about Food quality. The rooms are OK but with old assessories. Bathroom has old tabs and the water was not draining out easily. AC was pathetic. It was making lot of noice and throwing only air (not cool air). It doesn't have any buttons. All adjustment buttons were damaged and internal panel was rusted. Our room doesn't have intercom. The cable connection was so poor that it cannot be fixed into the settop box. It doesn't have socket only two wires were plugged into socket. Linens are not clean. Before booking the hotel, we were informed that we will make early check-in at 4 am and will check-out on next day by 11 am. The hotel was agreed for the same without charging any additional amount. However on 1st day night when we came to hotel, the reception person told us that we need to check out at 5 am or else will have to pay 2nd days charges. Fortunately, I had print-out of hotel's confirmation which we showed to them. Still the receptionist was not allowing us to check-out at 11 am. Then after some time another Manager was on duty, whom we showed the print-out and he agreed to check-out us by 11 am.
