We had a wonderful stay at the Prima City. I have been coming to this hotel for several years, and they truly offer a unique service. The staff are attentive, kind, and always ready to help. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. Housekeeping is excellent, with the floors cleaned daily, towels replaced, and everything kept spotless. In addition, the breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of sweet and savory options (eggs, salads, toasts, juices, etc.), and the Shabbat meal is simply divine. A big thank you to the entire team – Shaul the manager, Sudani, Sahar, and all the others – you are all so caring and truly amazing! I am deeply grateful for the high quality of service and the kindness of everyone.

Very small "premium" room.
We chose the Prima City Hotel to meet friends evacuated from the north of the country who were temporarily staying in a hotel nearby.
The price for a two-day stay is a bit high, in my opinion.
The hotel is small, but very nice. Both the room and other areas are very clean. A nice gift in the form of chocolate and a bottle of drinking water awaited us in the room. The room is equipped with a coffee machine with capsules and a kettle with everything you need to make coffee and tea.
Upon arrival at the hotel, the manager announced that she had upgraded the room to premium. This premium was very small with two narrow windows on the sides of the room. Well, definitely not premium.
The shower stall had clean towels, soap, shower gel and everything you need.
I really liked the service in the dining room. A very polite and responsible manager named Sudani helped us adapt to the dining room and helped and offered help in every possible way.
Overall, the impression of the hotel is good.
One thing, we left on Saturday. In Israel, late checkout is common in most hotels. But here we were sent a message in advance that checkout, despite it being Saturday, should be no later than 11 a.m., which is very strange.

Regarding late check out on saturday, it is common we allow check out at 2pm but there is automated app that will send the time of check out because despite it is israel check out on saturday is at 11am , it is international known

I had a wonderful stay at Prima City Hotel. The hotel is very clean and pleasant, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable.
The hotel's location is simply fantastic! It's very close to the beach and everything Tel Aviv has to offer, allowing for easy and convenient access to all attractions.
Above all, the staff is absolutely amazing! Everyone was kind, helpful, and welcoming. It's truly a pleasure to encounter such dedicated staff who care about their guests.
