Recommended

Nice, cosy, clean room. Comfortable beds and even pillows (sometimes even 5 ⭐ hotels do not have comfortable pillows).
Quiet retreat surrounded by fields. Ample parking space.
Nice, friendly service.
We spent one night while travelling East to West coast.

Not suitable for families who have the idea of rest/relax.A mix of Motel and nightlife.

I booked a note in this property months in advance (to pass the note with the family, to continue the holiday trip to more southern Italy).Three days before our arrival I am informed that on the same day of our Reservation there will be a party by the pool with music until 02:00 notes, and if there are problems communicating it.I reply that having a family with 2 small girls and since our stay was based on rest, it became Yes a problem.The structure replies that I could ask for a refund (even if now the date to ask for a refund had expired).The structure does Yes The way to get me a refund (and gives it to me) and it was the least we had to do (even if for them this they call it CORRECTNESS, including the notice of the party).But they forget that these THEIR CHANGES to the conditions and details at the last moment do not justify THE DISCOMFORT THAT CREATED ME, upsetting my trip and the timing of finding another solution in full season.If in the description and conditions of the structure were specified that THERE COULD BE PARTIES WITH MUSIC UNTIL 02:00 NOTES, I took it into consideration and I would not have even lost the time to book or even to keep up with this futile situation, creating the inconvenience in the management of my trip (since we are not far away)! They have highlighted how unprofessional they are and that the customer is simply a "number", modifying to their needs and priorities what they themselves have written (they offer).Altroché "WE ALERTED YOU FOR FAIRNESS", not even healthy things the correctness and transparency!
-To the structure:
"YOU MUST WRITE THE DETAILS IN THE DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS THAT YOU OFFER, NOT TO CHANGE THEM TO YOUR NEEDS AND LIKING", alternatively you must not even mention the word "correctness"!

Very quiet place, very clean room, very comfortable beds, we slept well and the room was equipped with everything we needed... but above all the owners are very polite people like few around... VERY RECOMMENDED if you are in the area!
