Lovely family break
Animation team were outstanding. Full of fun and very enthusiastic. Really made the holiday .
Food was a bit samey but always fresh and we enjoyed it .
Hotel overall a good 3 * , could do with a bit of maintenance.
Lots to do and lots of excursions.

Holiday from hell
If I could give this hotel a zero I would. This hotel needs to be titled "hotel from hell". The rudeness of staff is off the scale, unfortunately if you are a women you are second class and your presence is not wanted. The food, unless you eat fish or curry your not eating. They serve meat but don't trust what it is there telling you. My daughter struggled to eat for 10 days due to the food not being child friendly. My allergies were not being accommodated so I ate rice and cabbage for 10 days! The rooms were filthy, dirty bed sheets, appliances hanging off the walls and air con that has never been cleaned. The corridors smell stale and fag buts in the carpets. The elevator shuts on you as they don't work properly. WiFi is offered, yet you only get this at reception and that's if your extremely lucky. My son didn't have a bed when we arrived, I asked at reception and the bed was left folded outside the room for us to assemble with no bedding. We had 1x towel between 4 of us the whole holiday, even after complaining numerous times. Online says check in at 1, the hotel will tell you 3, so we was left walking around for 2 hours with our luggage until our room was ready after me paying extra for earlier flights. Day of departure me and the kids needed water to take some travel tablets, I was asked to pay for this, after informing the staff I refuse to put a penny more into this hotel I was then told they do not have any. My partner raised this with the staff to him then collecting the bottle he is drinking from for me and the children, this was absolutely pitiful and disgusting! Your drinks are issued in small cardboard espresso cups whatever bar you go to, my son was refused more then 2 drinks at a time. I asked for a bottle of water and was denied and informed this is strictly for dinner. How this holiday can be advertised and money being taken from people baffles me.

Go animation team!
Generally, hotel is average quality. Food is satisfying, there is lot of choices. We travelled with two kids and a baby. The thing I would praise is animation team. They made our holiday unforgettable. We were there for two weeks and didn't get bored. Animators were friendly, kind, played with kids, organizing and carrying out lot of activities.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at El Mouradi Skanes
We booked an all-inclusive stay expecting a quality resort, but it was a huge disappointment. The hotel is dirty everywhere, rooms are in terrible condition with broken furniture dangerous for children, and the food is limited, often inedible, with long queues and filthy tables. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the beach is tiny and disappointing. The website photos are completely misleading. This hotel is massively overpriced and feels like a 2-star property at best.
