Excellent Place To Stay
My wife and I recently stayed here and were very impressed by the property. It looks all brand new inside. The room was spacious and very well fitted out (even have towel warmers). The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. All staff members were helpful, polite and friendly. Breakfast was included and far exceeded our expectations. The hotel is well located, close to the train station and major attractions.

The place to stay in Florence
Staff is welcoming and very helpful and friendly. The staff truly made our experience memorable. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Water pressure in shower is great. Near the heart of Florence -walkable to everything. Breakfast is great with a wide selection of food, drink and great coffee. Only negative- pillows are rock hard. I’ll bring my own next time.

Amazing stay! 100% recommended
Hotel was amazing! Staff was always very friendly and willing to help with local recomendations. Room was very clean and comfortable to sleep in aswell. The hotel was very easy to get to and very close to the town center and Duomo de Firenze. 10/10 experience all around would stay again!

Lovely modern hotel in a great location
We enjoyed our stay at this small hotel. The staff were warm and friendly, all spoke good English. The room was the size we expected for an Italian historic city (so not huge but perfectly adequate for two people), modern and clean. The bathroom was very small; just a shower but we prefer that. The only downside was that the toilet was squeezed in between the shower cubicle and sink. The breakfast was great, good selection - set us up for the day perfectly. The location is excellent; Mercato market, the Basilica de San Lorenzo/Medici Chapels, Duomo and the tram stop for the airport all just a few minutes walk away. Accademia and Uffizi slightly further - but only 10 mins at the most. All the major attractions are all in easy walking distance. The small gift of biscuits on check out was a nice touch too. We'd stay here again if we came back to Florence and would recommend to family and friends.

Convenient location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was of good quality. My only criticism is that the cleaning products used are heavily perfumed and a bit over powering.
