We stayed at Rosy Guesthouse for 7 nights (March 15-22, 2017) at room no. 7 on the 2nd floor. Mr. Elia, Ms. Rosy (his sister) and Mrs. Carmela (their mother) were very friendly to us. Our room was very comfortable and clean as Mrs. Carmela came to clean it every morning. The guesthouse is very near the Napoli Centrale railway station (5-minute walk). It is very convenient if you wish to visit other cities such as Sorrento, Pompeii, Caserta, Amalfi coast, Salerno. Moreover, one can find cheap restaurants (pizzas, kebab, sweet treats ...) and shops in the area.

Cute

We stayed a weekend in this b&b.
Good geographical position 10 minutes from the central station and 15 minutes from the historic center.
Clean and nice room.
The lady who cleaned the rooms was kind and friendly and even allowed us to leave our bags on the last day and pick them up before leaving.

Not a bad place for a short stay

Not a bad place and you get what you pay for.
The bed we had was standard UK double size, a little small for 2 people but that’s probably my personal opinion. The room was clean and tidy.
No issues when checking in. Even though our flight was 1 hour late than expected, the host waited for us to arrive and gave us the key.
Breakfast offered is quite light. You get a “ticket” for a cafe down the road. That entitles you to a pastry and a coffee.
The highlight of this property is the view. Our room had a balcony overlooking the botanical gardens.

Avoid it !!

We haven't stayed there. The neighborhod does not look safe, so we decided to cancel it and chance to another city. It was a bad experience. The host was pushing us to provide precise time to Arrival.

Avoid!

We never even stayed here in the end. Our flight was delayed because of strikes and our travel agent tried to talk to these people (we'd been communicating up until then by email, which they obviously didn't understand, we were getting google translated pigeon English back that made no sense), and they were apparently very rude and gave our booking to someone else! We were left with a bad problem and had to find somewhere out of town and more expensive. These people are a joke and don't know how to handle their business. Stay away!!!
