Beautiful. Simplicity, cleanliness and courtesy❤️

I stayed only one night, as a couple and my review is absolutely positive.
The hotel is very conveniently located, easy to reach with directions from the navigator. You can rent bicycles both electric and not, with which we had the opportunity to reach the center and visit the entire lakeside. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The attentive, helpful and brilliant staff is always ready to give advice. The breakfast buffet is rich and varied.
Gym area and swimming pool at complete disposal.
Highly Recommendation.

Fabulous place. Staff helpful and very kind. Hearty and varied breakfast (sweet and savoury). Spacious and convenient apartment. Clean and top-notch infrastructure. 100 meters from a pleasant bike path and surrounded by nature. Also 100 meters from a medium surface and close to a motorway exit. Super nice pool surrounded by pine trees. Highlights: the welcome of staff. Recommended +++

Second time as good as the first

Second time in this hotel, this time stay of a week, great experience like the first, everything perfect, family atmosphere, courtesy and kindness at the reception and all the staff, cool rooms despite the suffocating heat, beautiful pool, well-kept environments, strategic location to visit Umbria and part of Tuscany and above all relaxation, relaxation, relaxation!

Great, we'll be back!

We spent 4 days with my family in this aparthotel, a very pleasant stay, the apartment is spotless, just the right size and equipped with all the comforts for a relaxing stay, the breakfast is excellent, plentiful and varied, the location is exceptional for those , like us, has the aim of traveling to visit the wonders of Umbria all within reach. The staff is exceptional, Francesca the owner and Grazia the girl at the reception welcomed us with a smile and accompanied us throughout our stay with availability and discretion, lending their help and dispensing advice whenever we needed it, thank you, you were truly invaluable. Unfortunately due to the bad weather I was unable to use the outdoor play area which, given the cold, was still closed but we will be back! Of note is the fully equipped gym and the highly efficient bicycle rental service with a modern bike room.

Excellent welcome at the reception (Very kind Grace)
Clean apartment (change of towels every day) but bare (few supports and shelves) and impersonal
Excellent and well-stocked breakfast
Play area still completely closed (both swings and ping pong tables)
I would have liked a few more smiles.
Only one person at breakfast was smiling
The owner wasn't so kind...in fact she almost seemed annoyed

Gentile Signora Lisa grazie per il suo feedback, abbiamo molto piacere che abbia apprezzato l'accoglienza del nostro personale della reception, la pulizia della stanza e la qualità della nostra prima colazione, per noi questo rappresenta aver raggiunto l'obbiettivo che ci diamo e ci fa sentire non nella media ma dalla parte di chi fa bene il proprio lavoro e ci riempie di soddisfazione! Per quanto riguarda gli appunti che ci muove ci tengo a precisare che l'area giochi esterna non era aperta in quanto le temperature e, soprattutto, le forti piogge che hanno caratterizzato il periodo in cui ha soggiornato presso di noi non lo permettevano, è una questione di buon senso e di sicurezza ! Per quanto riguarda lo stile a suo parere impersonale, le faccio notare che in un albergo come il nostro soggiornano ogni anno migliaia di persone di diverse età, di differenti paesi e culture, per rispetto alla variegata clientela che ospitiamo noi garantiamo pulizia, accoglienza, disponibilità, professionalità ed ambienti confortevoli ed atti alla vacanza, la personalità ogni volta ce la mette l'ospite che non soggiorna in una casa privata ma in un luogo in cui si accoglie per lavoro! Per quanto riguarda i sorrisi siamo rammaricate che non ne abbia ricevuti abbastanza, generalmente tutti noi dello staff tendiamo ad avere un rapporto molto cordiale con i clienti e, generalmente, ci viene riconosciuto ma l'empatia aimè non è sempre scontata evidentemente!
