Good but not very interesting
The first night, we did not have the room we had reserved due to a shower problem, a reason we have serious doubts given that a family of 5 left the next morning and that our room became available.
The air conditioning is managed by the owners and only works from late afternoon, every other hour, and turns off at 2 a.m., even though the room description states " air conditioner ".
We had to pay an extra 20 euros per night to have the air conditioning on all night. At +35°, it seems to us that it is essential.
Finally, it says "private parking", but this is not true since we have to park at the end of the street. The owner told me that it was not marked "parcheggio privato INTERNO"...
Finally, think about mosquito repellent to be able to enjoy the swimming pool
In addition to these details, the area is quiet and the breakfast is plentiful.

Lovely B&B, Excellent hospitality
The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated and furnished. Breakfast was very good, and the homemade cakes were delicious.
Venice is only 40 minutes away by train, and the train station is nearby the B&B.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to stay on for a few days after our car was fixed, and we intend to return in the future.
