Tiburtina Garden great

B and B near the Tiburtina station.. competent and helpful staff, large room, clean, cared for and equipped. Well-kept garden. Great value for money. Consigliato !!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very positive experience

I stayed at the bb from 04 November to 13 November 2023, and I must say that both my girlfriend and I were very happy with the welcome from Mr Marco, who was very kind and always available for every request. We will definitely be back

No refund!!!

Not happy at all! Just paid £156.85 for my daughter & myself to stay here for 2 nights. It said I could cancel my booking by 31st, which I did & I gave my card details to pay later & they have just taken the money & refuse to refund me! I will not take this review down until I receive a full refund for services I have not received

We are authorised to collect the payment by booking.com as they are the ones who you make the payment to.
We are sorry you misread your cancellation policy but everything is very clear.
It’s very unfair leaving a negative comment about us, when the circumstance was out of our control and we acted legally and professionally.

Good, clean hotel near Roma Tiburtina station.

About 10 minutes walk from Roma Tiburtina station. Large, spacious room, with fridge. Very clean. Breakfast was disappointing as it was pre-packaged food. Host was very helpful & recommended a good restaurant for our evening meal.
