The owners were very nice and the food was excellent.
The room was nice however we were disappointed with the bathroom. We expected a jacuzzi tub, but the jets didn’t work in the tub. There was no shower head, only a hand-held faucet, plus there was no shower enclosure.
Made it a challenge to wash without creating a mess all over the bathroom.

Good Pension Passage.

We spent one night there. It is a little far from the sea at about 400 m, accessible on foot by the busy road or by the shortcut of a staircase in poor condition.
Beautiful room with balcony, on the 1st floor, facing the summary parking.
Restaurant on site decent. Good Dinner and Breakfast.

SOMETHING TO IMPROVE

A beautiful sea view from the balcony of the room also makes up for the small shortcomings. It is located just off the Varazze motorway exit and not far from the center - 10/15 minutes walk, great for those who want a bit of tranquility.
Convenient parking, not to be taken into account since in the area it is difficult to find a place for cars. Clean and spacious room, balcony with beautiful sea view, very comfortable bed, no power outlet at the bedside table but still present. Breakfast definitely to be improved, as well as reception, lights off in reception as in the breakfast room.
In conclusion, it is recommended for short-term stops

Nice hotel, recommended

The hotel enjoys a beautiful sea view and is located just outside the center of Varazze, great for those who want a little more tranquility.
Convenient parking, not to be underestimated since in the area it is difficult to find a place for cars. The rooms are clean and spacious and note that they have been partially renovated. Breakfast suitable for almost all needs,

Hospitality and courtesy

Together with my wife, we stayed in Le Roi for this last weekend in June. Comfortable rooms, especially clean. Hearty breakfasts and well assorted. At the Hotel Restaurant, the dishes offered and the pizza are of quality, honest prices and the service is up to the required standards. Courtesy and kindness have positively completed our experience. Mr. Antonio owner of the structure, has the ability to put guests at ease and establish a relationship of cordial sympathy even if only for a few days.
Absolutely recommended.
