Hotel is very nice, big hotel we choose the room is annex room and have to walk and find the aisle its quite difficult to find .
The onsen is good, annex building have onsen too and also mountain stone sauna, some area is pay area and have free area as well, have to ask, not all the staff can speak english i think only 1 staff can speak english and very friendly.
When you check in have to pay 150yen for the local onsen tax. Left side of the hotel have many restaurant, lawson

It feels like a luxury hotel.

It's the entrance to the hotel.　　It feels like a luxury hotel. The lobby is spacious and the service is good. Rooms are a shambles from business hotels.　It is spacious and relaxing. And you can see Lake Suwa from the window.　　This is a great view.
Of course, the bath was also run-off in the natural hot spring public bath, and the sauna bath was included.　　This bag is convenient because you can put towels and other items in the bathroom.
