A great experience in a perfect location

I have stayed at the San Agustin El Dorado on many occasions over the years. The rooms are comfortable and the front desk and housekeeping staffs are wonderful. Always a great experience in a perfect central location. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Scary and dangerous motel

This hotel is scary and dangerous. The locks don’t work well on the doors, the elevator was broken and they put a female traveler alone on the 5th floor (walk up) with 3 big things of luggage. The front desk won’t answer the phone if they know you have a problem - like the locks don’t work on your door. This is a motel and it is not safe for female travelers!! I think it’s extremely dangerous and have petitioned Amex to remove it from their website. This is not a clean hotel it’s very run down as well. Do not stay here!!!!

Best Value in Cusco

The hotel boasts excellent infrastructure, excellent breakfast and very comfortable accommodation. It is very well located, close to the Square of Arms which provides an incredible experience. The best restaurants and craft shops.

A modern and cosy hotel in a perfect location in the heart of old Cusco

I can only recommend the hotel San Agustin El Dorado where we stayed a total of 5 nights in August 2024. It has a perfect location in Cusco's avenida del Sol, all the needed comforts and a very good breakfast starting very early in the morning (even 4 am) so perfect if you need to grab something to eat before heading out for a day trip. A shout-out to the very helpful staff (thanks, César and Everyone!) - muchas gracias y hasta pronto!

Super delighted with the service, from the moment of booking, the treatment was excellent.
Super helpful, my family and we were delighted with the attentions, my sister was on birthday and helped me prepare a beautiful surprise ❤️❤️
The reservation people are very attentive and super, super friendly and helpful.
