The place is clean. Best recommended their family room. The front desk is very accommodating.

The toilet is very dirty and smells of drains
Everything in the toilet is old and not cleaned
Water for bathing is salt water (looks like sea water?
The curtains smell musty and it seems like they haven't been washed in a long time
In return for the uncleanness, we get support in using the kitchen space to cook and organize barbecues but there is no need to pay extra

Hotel was good with great view. It was near tourist spots and restaurant. It would be best if you will bring a vehicle on your travel here

Budget hotel with great view
This is a budget hotel in a 3rd world country so please manage your expectations. As budget travelers, we really enjoyed our stay here. The view is really beautiful. We stayed in room 305 and our room has an ocean view.
Pros:
- Near points of interest like Subic freeport zone
- it's easy to get public transporation
- few minutes drive to affordable fast foods and convenience stores.
- Really amazing view for an affordable hotel
- free parking is available
- 24 hr reception
- reception sells basic essentials like water, snacks, sanitary napkin etc.
- Staff are kind, polite and helpful
- It wasnt crowded whe we were there and my husband and I spent hours just looking at the sea while listening to music.
- Internet is fast
- water pressure and shower heater are great.
Cons:
- This is an old building so expect old building smell and facilities.
- Their restaurant is still close.
- They advertise free mineral water but none was given when we were there. Staff said they run out.
- Bring your own toiletries, they run out of toilet paper and none was provided
- Rest room was not cleaned thorougly, there were hair anf sand when we checked in.
- when it's low tide, you'll see garbage on the shore

Poor Customer Service
This a warning for anyone intending to use their venue/ hotel for an event. I booked this place for my wedding. I even reserved multiple rooms for my guests. I placed a down payment to secure the event. Upon paying the down payment, it was communicated that the venue is ours. ONE MONTH before the wedding the staff notified us that the OWNER of the hotel is hosting a political event on the day of my wedding in the same area of the reception and ceremony. They gave us the option to either move the wedding to the atrocious rec room upstairs with no A/C. The room also did not have a view of the sea, mountains and will not be able to see the sunset. The other option was to move the wedding date or find another place. Take note, we already had the wedding plan in place and the whole layout and decoration planned. They have caused such a huge inconvenience for us. One month before the wedding we had to start from scratch again and find a new venue to hold my wedding. The owner did not even have the guts to communicate with us and had their middle man handle this. Just because he is the owner, he can do whatever he wants. We settled on a refund but did not even offer any compensations for our inconvenience. This is very poor customer service and not a good way to run a business. If you do choose this place, please be warned on how they run their business. I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy.
