Excellent service and location !

Came for a week with my family (7people) had 3 different rooms had nothing special but felt cosy like home :) had good breakfast very nice staff that helps you in need , parking was included the price too and as locarion we were about 7 mins walk to the city. Shops we had everywhere next to us and we simply recommand this hotel will be visiting again cheers from malta x

Vey poor hotel on our visit

oh so many things wrong here. on a very busy road with 4 parking spaces ,The hotel room could not be locked, the bed was old and dirty , the sheets were warn and frayed, the duvet was too small, the room itself was far to dark and dirty, the bathroom really tiny and unusable except for the very basic use, they seem to have a broken card machine so they take you to the cash machine so they don't have to use your card, smoking is allowed everywhere, breakfast was the most basic with an extra 2 euro request for horrible coffee, nothing was right here, avoid it, is my advice

Good place for a cheap accomodation

This time I needed a cheaper place and that is why I chose it for a family accomodation. Good rooms, but poor bathrooms. You need to pay for the coffee during breakfast aditionally.
Nice and friendly staff, though! Not sure whether I will choose it again when travelling to Nis.

No attention to details.

My aunt and i had a king size bed and a hot tub in a room on the 7th floor with a little balcony.
Everything looks expencive at first glance, but there was a wooden board sticking underneath the bed and it was squeking! The hot tub couldent be pluged so we couldnt fill it up. The carpets had stains and there was nothing on the balcony, and you only have one chair in the room.
The closet was filled with blankets and pilows so you couldnt hang any clothes there!
The bathroom soap was missing, and you could clearly smell cigarettes when entering the room.

Good for short staying

Location OK, near the city center; unguarded parking outside the building; room was clean; small caffeteria with decent choices of food/drinks; staff exceptionally polite and helpful.Totally an Okish experience and a fair value for the money you pay.
