Unhealthy hotel and no customer service
To make matters worse, the bedroom window was blocked and impossible to open, making the air stale and unbearable. I repeatedly asked to ventilate the room, but all my requests were categorically refused. Not only was the staff unresponsive, but they were also rude and unconcerned about my situation.
I contacted the hotel several times, as well as Booking.com, but none of my requests were answered. The hotel never bothered to respond to my requests, either directly or through the booking platform. This left me in a total impasse as it was impossible to find another hotel in Singapore at a reasonable rate. Finally, I had to write to Accor customer service, who contacted the hotel, but again, no answer!
This trip, which was already one of the most expensive I paid for a hotel in Singapore, was a real nightmare. The conditions were not only unsanitary, but also dangerous for health. I definitely do not recommend this hotel, which does not meet the minimum standards of cleanliness and comfort, and does not take its guests seriously. It's an experience I wish on no one, especially for the price paid. We are students, but we do not deserve such conditions!
