Wunderful room, very beautiful decoration

Very nice and well-kept hotel complex. The restaurant offers varied food. Adequate breakfast.

Great stay if you are in the area.

Amazing BnB! Exactly as advertised would recommend a stay. Fully equipped rooms and rolling gardens. Very interesting place with all rooms fashioned out of old horse stables. Friendly staff and amazing bar/lapa area. Very central in Maritzburg with many things to do in the area.

Room, proparty and location

The property and service was good but there is always a room for improvement. The swimming pool needs attention, and the windows need to be opened only by the guest to avoid snakes from entering the rooms. I had to check the entire room first to satisfy myself if there were no snakes or dangerous insects before being comfortable.

Thank you for your review. Our swimming pool is usually sparkling clean. It is attended to on a daily basis. We have had windy weather, and leaves can blow in after it is cleaned. We will in future make sure the windows are closed. We have not had snakes or dangerous insects in the rooms, however I acknowledge some guests are afraid, so thank you for bringing this to our attention.

The only reason you would have not gained entry was that you had not paid for your stay. We phone everyone who has made a booking to secure payment. If we were not able to contact you we reserve the room till a certain time and if the guest has not arrived before that time the guards will sell it to the next guest. As you did not gain entry it is rather unfair to rate us as above as you never experienced any aspect of the Inn.
If I am incorrect in my assumption, please let me know the reason you were refused entry .
