Great stay at another Orakai

Great stay at a newer property build in a quiet, friendly neighborhood in the Best Western portfolio. The hotel was very clean, very professional staff and spacious common areas. The hotel has an upscale feel for its class and driving in and out was easy. The breakfast and dinner at the inhouse restaurant was very nice along with the sauna facilities. Would stay again!

Front desk woman employee service is bad but others are okay and it took more than 30min if you met other event group from parking lot so watch out!

Nice hotel, dinning seemed difficult as restaurant closed at 18:00 and room service. Room was very spacious, however there was no work desk.

It is very convenient because it has convenience store and a café and it is in front of the subway station. However, it takes an hour to get to Myeongdong and Seoul.

Clean, modern hotel located in a quieter, semi rural part of Gangnam with relatively few dining options nearby. But the beautiful natural scenery is what you get in return. Hotel is right next to the subway station so access to the main city is easy. Hotel room size is pretty decent and the facility is modern and comfortable. Lobby area is large.
The stay was good overall but the on-site convenience store male worker was very impolite. I lived in both Korea and the US and his attitude would be deemed unacceptable in either country.
Another letdown was that the pool was closed and the gym was as well. These were amenities that I was expecting.
