The restaurant very good, you have to try it!

The hotel and spa are well maintained and clean. Located very close to the beach. The spa is not very large but serves its function with several areas and very friendly staff. The views are not something special. But the best of the whole restaurant, highly recommended. We order snacks, red prawn, toad (for 2 people) and dessert torrija and coulant. The spectacular toad! They smash it in front of you. And also the desserts of scandal. The coulant has no liquid chocolate inside, but the homemade and delicious cake. The bloodletting is also very good. The waiters very good, attentive and very professional. A great hit and I recommend it 100% if you are in the area. It is advisable to call to reserve.

Dire care

Lack of humanity and sensitivity on the part of the hotel. We had two nights booked and after the death of a family member, booking gives us the option to change dates but the hotel refuses. After three phone calls I'm told the hotel manager will call me but I never got the call. In the end we have to cancel so as not to lose the total amount and we are charged the amount of one of the two nights. Attention from the reception is dire, without empathy any and even less sensitivity, using a superb and inappropriate tone. They have a claim through booking.

Clean hotel with all the services you need for a holiday the food of the 10th and the best staff can not see it I would like to mention Marisol for holding during the stay and to osmar for all his kindness and patience with us are great professionals also thank reception and the whole team in general

Great stay

The good size room. Great pillows. Impeccable cleanliness. We enjoyed two nights and very well. I had ordered Sea View Room with Reservation four days earlier. They replied that at such short notice it was impossible. Still, we were put in a room with side sea views, which we were grateful for. We will definitely repeat.

Exceptional beachfront hotel with spa overlooking the sea.

The hotel is located on the beach, has spacious rooms with minibar and spacious bathroom with hydromassage shower.The rooms are renovated, new television. The spa is pretty good for the price, they give you some discount if you are a customer. They also have massage services.
It has a restaurant and café.
The staff is super friendly and dedicated, they are 10.
It has no parking but you have several around.
Isla is beautiful. I recommend dining in
"Best time", is just around the hotel, book first, always full.
