I travelled with just my 11 year old daughter. We travelled for 10 days during half term 18th-28th October. I felt unwell before travelling and Unfortunately much worse while in Turkey.
Hakan the entertainment guy introduced himself on day one. He checked in on us every day and was able to help me locate medicine and other bits I needed during the trip. He signposted us to local venues and helped organise staff to collect our cases when we were departing the hotel. He was absolutely A* and he spoke with everyone and remembered everyone's names! Also requested music choices He tailored the holiday to the guest.
We stayed in a family room which we loved beautiful with two bunk beds a comfy main bed. I asked for a blanket as the sheets were thin this was organised immediately and I slept well considering I felt so unwell. Food was really well priced and WiFi for the duration of the trip cost me about £13 for 10 days which was great. As our return flight was not until midnight I enquired about late check out and was able to keep the room until 6pm at a small cost of about £15 which was so helpful for me and my daughter. The beach, shops, supermarket was all a very short distance from hotel great location.
No evening entertainment during our trip which would have been a nice touch but we enjoyed ourselves all the same. Slight flooding issue in the bathroom which I think is to do with drainage as other guests had the same issue something to look into. Would definately return.

Fabulous little find!!! ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️
What a fabulous little find!!! We stayed for 10 days, The breakfast offered a variety of products: freshly baked croissants, bagels, honeycomb, fruits, 7-8 different types of cheeses, olives, as well as jams and spreads. For those who prefer an English breakfast, sausages and beans are also available. The slides are open from 11 am to 1 pm and 3 pm to 5 pm, which was fun,
The walk way out the back of the hotel to the beach closes at 7:30 pm, which can be a bit inconvenient as you have to climb stairs to get back to the hotel. The option to change beach towels daily at the stand by the beach was very convenient. Special thanks to Hasan(Hk chief).
At the restaurant, you can enjoy very affordable and delicious meals, I would like to say a huge thank you to Fatma for her excellent service.
If you need your clothes washed and ironed, you can pay 20 pounds, which covers the cost of an entire machine load, or 2 pounds per piece for ironing. Thank you for offering this service.
Special thanks to Ozum, Burak, and their manager Ilkay at the reception desk for their kindness and friendliness. They were always prepared and found solutions to any problems.

The bus stop is right across from the hotel, its approx 10 minutes bus ride to the center of Bodrum.
The beach is a short walk away through that back of the hotel which was an added bonus!

The property in some areas needed a little TLC but on the whole it was a great resort, clean, tidy with very helpful and friendly staff

Hakan the entertainment man was first class keeping the entertainment music going all day kept everyone involved rooms were lovely had everything you needed hotel staff were great great slides at the pool to to keep kids happy all day

October Half Term 10 days
I’d like to recognise Hakan the entertainment manager for engaging all the cultures and nationalities on the poolside in a friendly and not-pushy manner. He knew your names and likes after day one - and was genuinely helpful in and out of hours if you needed help or advice. Good luck for bringing your ideas to next seasons programmes.
The pool bar staff were friendly too.
Cleaning services in the room were great for a few days but poor for others - depended on the person. But not enough to cause us to complain.
Look at the hotel website for the refurbished bedrooms - very nice (pics on here are older).
We stayed in a Family Room/Self Catering overlooking the pool - meaning we had a main double bed bedroom, two built-in bunk beds in the lounge (with additional sofa and TV) - and a kitchenette in between - giving flexibility for eating and snacking etc. we didn’t have food included but the pool bar menu is reasonably priced and of a good quality. Eg omelette 100TL including chips and salad. Beer at approx 220 is a bit steep but kind of typical. Local eateries were in a phased shutdown for winter - we can highly recommend Windy Bay for quality and price just on the beach behind the hotel.
Inflation has definitely impacted food prices here with some being similar to UK.
