Wyndham çerkezköy

I had a chance to stay at the Wyndham Sledding Hotel due to my business. I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Bülent, the hotel owner, and his beloved wife. They were very friendly and accommodating. Clearly, they gave them a lot of confidence. I would like to comment on the hotel''s amenity for guests, especially the breakfast buffet was open and everything was thoughtfully prepared clean and delicious. Dinner was equally beautiful in presentation. I also had the opportunity to tour the social areas, and the sauna, bath, saltwater rooms, saltwater, hot pool...the vb atmosphere was very different and designed in the form of a natural cave. The employees were friendly and courteous. The quality of the guest papulation at the hotel was pretty good, although I was alone, I didn’t encounter any inconvenience as a woman. The rooms were quite comfortable and spacious. It had a peaceful and relaxing vibe. With interior convenience, you can choose this place.

Nice and clean rooms. Nice Restaurant eith a good variety of choices. Finishings of the hotel (especially around the spa & swimming pool area) not of high quality. Pity because it has a good potential..

WRETCHED

I realized that the hotel I stayed in to meet my one-day accommodation needs should definitely not be stayed for the need to rest. I hope it will be a place that people who need to rest will not visit.
Another problem is that there is noise pollution in the hotel, and even at 3 o'clock at night, there is a lot of music and conversation from the adjacent rooms, and the abusive language of young people can easily be heard from other rooms.
Even though I informed the reception about the issue at 00:30 at night and gave a warning, the issue was not resolved and based on the information I learned in the morning, the people in the other room were also disturbed and they called the reception and they could not get a solution.
In short, we learned in a unpleasant way that people with spouses or children should definitely not use this hotel and that it is NOT a FAMILY HOTEL.

Business trip in Cerkezkoy

I had Queen Room. Wifi was not best, but I did not measure wifi speed. Can be faster for 5 stars hotel. Wifi is free and available in whole hotel.
Room was big, with good sofa. Bed was good and comfortable. Fridge in the room was empty and you can order something to the room via application in TV. This was my understanding, but I will try to do it next time. Water available in room, free of charge. On table in room was available tea and coffee too.
Breakfast - standard local breakfast. Nobody come to me and give me some menu for ordering, eggs omelet is probably only on order, but nobody inform me in advance or during breakfast. Breakfast was not special, just local type of breakfast, but not for 5 stars hotel.
I dont want to say, that this is really 5 stars hotel, but few points can be improve for better final customer satisfaction.
