You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of UAH 8000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that swimming pools, cinema, fitness centre, parking space, beach access and spa are free of charge. Guests are kindly asked to present a bank card used for booking upon check-in. The guest, who made the booking, must be the holder of the bank card. In case a card is not presented, prepayment will be returned and a different payment method will be required.
