In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of AED 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that all guests will be charged with an amount of AED 100 refundable deposit upon check-in. The hotel has the right to pre-authorise the credit card once the booking is made. Please note that it is mandatory to present the physical credit card used to make the reservation upon check in. If the physical credit card is not available, guests will have to pay by cash for the total cost of the stay. Guests are required to show a valid identification card (Original passport or UAE National ID). Non-refundable reservation requires full payment upon confirming the booking.
A municipal room fee will be charged per room per night during the stay. This surcharge is not included in the total rate for some rooms and shall be paid at the hotel.
