This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment is required to be made within 24 hours of booking through the SecurePay service. Bookings may be cancelled in case of non-payments. UAE Nationals (including children) must provide either original UAE driving license or UAE National I.D. in compliance with UAE law. For airport transfer request, please advise the Hotel for the flight details 48 hours prior to arrival or departure to confirm. Charges applied and guarantee for the service is required to book. Please note that there will be a compulsory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner on the evening of the 31 December priced at AED 1000 per adult and AED 500 per child between the ages of 6 and 11 and is not included in the room rate Children below the age of 6 dine with compliments.
