Above and beyond
The breakfasts are delicious and we ate dinner in the Curry Room and again were looked after so well.
We were upgraded to a suite and a complementary bottle of wine and chocolates for my birthday. Thank you so much for a memorable experience ❤️

Pristine, comfortable & service was 100%.attentive staff.
We met Jessica who was so kind, caring professional & attentive.
Also had the pleasure of meeting Pascal, the front doorman in his smart red uniform!
Absolutely a treasure, he looked after us, his knowledge he has is second to none, & more than happy to share it.
the bed was so comfortable (I slept like a baby!)
The room was pristine,
Comfortable, a pleasure to stay there.
We will return.

The only thing I would mention would be there was a slight bar smell coming from the air conditioning vents in the evening and the plug in the bath would not remain up so would struggle to release the water.
A small price to pay for the stay, we would love to visit again!
