The soda machine was empty and the ice machine was broken. The rooms could use a little maintenance.

The kiosk service was fine but they couldn’t get us keys for our room until an hour later. When we called the manager, he said it was going to be another hour. There was about 3-4 of us waiting, it wasn’t until we said we wanted a refund that the request to get us keys was rushed.

Good stay

We stayed 2 nights in a King suite. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. Shower had good pressure and was high enough for 6’ hubby.
Breakfast was alright, the basics: cereal, toast, hard boiled eggs, bacon,
I think the only downside was the fitness room - hubby was hoping for free weights but they did not have.

Our stay was just okay. One of the towels was dirty and all were rough and threadbare, and there was no ice to be found.
