Walking distance to KeyBank Center for hockey game
. Parking is not free and not part of the hotel
. Parking is around the block and it was $18 for 24 hours
. Parking was a pain as we wanted to drop our luggage at the front door then go to park but there were so many vehicles lined up waiting to do the same, cars were blocking each other and it was frustrating with one guy out front but he wasn't helping to direct people where to go
. Breakfast is not free as some Hilton Hotels are, but we had a $20 credit for breakfast
. Breakfast was decent but holy moly the one waitress was raging at the cook(s) for incorrect orders and taking out her anger on customers
The good:
. Walking distance to the KeyBank Center for the hockey game
. Free trolley's in front of the hotel that could have brought us to the hockey game but the front lobby staff at check in didn't mention, we were not aware of that perk
. The room was very comfortable and we had a pretty nice view
. The room was quite we couldn't hear any sounds nearby
Would we return? Sure it was a decent hotel.

The our room was ready was clean upon our arrival. Bed was comfortable, but they could update the pillows. They were a little flat. Bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The refrigerator was good size. Was able to bring back leftovers from our dinner out. Keurig coffee maker with bottles of water left to use or just drink. Was nice you didn’t have to worry about using water from the bathroom sink.
The hotel has a train/subway that runs along Main St. If you are going to KeyBank Center or to canal side, take the train. ITS FREE, only in that direction.
Ate breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel and the ladies who waited on us had some good recommendations for chicken wings. We had omelets. They were tasty. We were able to have the buffet items as well with our breakfast.
Great hotel location and easy to get to places around the city.
