maker did not work and waited in line for a while to get coffee at the bistro. No one was working at bar

Everything else was great, but when me and my friends checked in (there was 4 of us), I asked specifically about the breakfast, and I was directed where it would be, which was at this little cafe they have inside the hotel (that should have been my first clue!)
However, they also *conveniently* failed to mention that you have to purchase a breakfast *package.*
So when me and my friends got up the next morning and went to grab breakfast, I was asked for my ticket, and I stood there like an idiot bc I had no idea what they were talking about.
It was suggested that I go talk to the hotel staff, so I did, and they had to check my account to see if I had the package, which I didn't.
The details for this hotel need to be more transparent. I have never heard of any breakfast package before, all the hotels I have stayed at have them included, even if it's just coffee and donuts.
So yeah, I am NOT a happy camper and I will NOT be staying there again.
